The data collection that will be used in this research is an online survey utilizing the SurveyMonkey platform. Below are the survey questions. The questions have been divided into three sections to enable the collection of data on demographics, mental health stigma, and mental health-seeking behaviors among racial and ethnic minority groups.

Mental Health Stigma

  1. Having or showing mental health issues is a sign of personal weakness.
  1. Mental health issues are taken seriously in my community.

  1. People in my community do not view mental health issues as serious conditions as they view physical health conditions.

Mental Health-Seeking Behaviors

  1. I would like to seek professional help on mental health, but I am concerned about what my people would think of me.
  1. The views in my community related to mental health issues influence my willingness to seek professional mental health help.
  1. My cultural or family beliefs discourage seeking mental health help.
  1. You will be discriminated against for seeking mental health help in my community.
