Finally, applying organizational behavior management principles to increase organizational performance and productivity and dealing with community-level problems such as health and education demonstrates the public welfare of ABA. These goals are a clear indication of commitment to the development of the field and enhancing people’s lives through responsive behavioral alteration strategies.
